Once your order is placed, it will be processed within 1-3 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been successfully processed and shipped.
During high-demand periods (such as holidays or promotional sales), processing times may take longer. We appreciate your patience.
Shipping Methods and Costs
We offer various shipping options to meet your needs. The shipping cost will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.

International Shipping
We currently ship to select international destinations. Delivery times and shipping costs vary by region and will be calculated at checkout.
Estimated delivery times:
- United States: 5-13 business days
- International (outside North America): 10-20 business days
Shipping costs for international orders:
- United States: $10 USD
- International (outside North America): $13.99 USD

Customs, Duties, and Taxes
For international orders, any customs duties, import taxes, or local handling fees are the responsibility of the customer. Lateef Modesty is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance or for any additional charges related to international shipments.
Shipping Confirmation and Tracking

Delivery Issues and Delays

Lost or Stolen Packages
Lateef Modesty is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your package shows as delivered but you have not received it, we recommend the following steps:
- Check with neighbors or your building’s management (if applicable).
- Contact the carrier to report the missing package.

Parcels Damaged in Transit
We take great care in packaging our products to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. However, if your parcel is damaged during transit, please follow these steps:
1. Inspect the package: If the parcel is visibly damaged upon arrival, we recommend refusing the delivery and asking the courier to return it to us.

It is the responsibility of the customer to provide accurate shipping details. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping fees to resend the package.
